Diana always comes through. The deal that she brokered for me was for a house in the RIGHT neighborhood, with the right layout and a great garage & driveway which is what I was aiming for over the last 40 months. I got all 5 of my 5 "must haves" in the house purchase. Diana has tenacity, and, always greets her client with a smile---even under the most stressful of moments. She is truly professional and knows her job. In addition, she refers the absolute BEST and most econoimal help. The movers were reasonable, the cleaning gal was quite reasonable and awesome, and, the tips after the move were very helpful. She was firm with the seller's agent and got me an additional $200 toward cleaning up the place.
I did recently recommend Diana to a friend who intends to hire Diana in the spring of this year. If I find others trying to sell or rent a house, I would always recommend Diana Hodgson of Keller-Willams. She is dedicated and pleasant and again, always has that welcoming smile. That smile and attitude and her ability to work with impossible clients like I make her a winner in my eyes. She's the best .

Diana Hodgson is a friendly, reliable and trustworthy realtor.  We first met when I was look for a home for my son.  She showed us a property in South Bethlehem, which I was not comfortable with.  When I found other properties in Tamaqua she traveled the hour to show us that area on several occassions.  Although, this was not her normal business area, she did the research and we bought a lovely home for a great price. 

Six months later when it became neccessary to sell that home, Diana was more than happy to list the property for me.  Even though the market at the time was slow, Diana was able to find a buyer within two months and we were able to sell the home for a few thousand more than we paid.   This was truly a blessing and a huge relief. 

Diana was always prompt with whatever paperwork needed to be done and even closed on the home for me while I was on vacation.  She is a realtor who gives above and beyond and developes a real friendship with her clients.

  • I live in New York and we enlisted Diana's help to sell my Mothers home in Allentown, PA in 2015. Diana guided me through each stage of the process and recommended local contractors to help get the house up to code. I coordinated with the contractors long distance and they did excellent work. I  started the house work following 5 months of intensive elder care responsibilities with Mom and weekend commutes from NYC to Allentown. After this somewhat exhausting ordeal, to our great relief, Diana negotiated, and got us our asking price 3 days after she put the house on the market! I give Diana my highest recommendation. She'll be there with you every step of the way - cheerful, competent and professional.
